Meet Your Guide

James Morgan is the owner and operator of Yibekka Kakadu Tours. He is passionate about protecting sacred sites within Kakadu National Park creating more career opportunities for his family.

As a local Bininj man living and working in Kakadu. James’s experience includes working in the Kakadu National Park Cultural Heritage team conducting rock art surveys and managing the cultural archive. He also has tourism expertise working as a guide on the Yellow Waters Cruise as Coordinator of the Kakadu’s Ranger Guided Tour Program . With direct family connections to Kakadu, James provides personal and first-hand accounts of the history of Bininj people who have lived in Kakadu for thousands of years.
